1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products (containing alcohol and flammable ingredients), certain shipping restrictions apply:

  • We cannot ship perfumes via air to some regions or P.O. boxes.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


 


4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement if necessary.


5. Wrong Shipping Address

Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Dizsol is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
